There is a great new Online Bible website featuring many different Bible translations in parallel. Some of the resources included are Greek-English Interlinears, the King James Version, Young’s Literal Translation, and the Geneva Bible.
Many excellent candidates are running for office in Alabama in the primary on June 1, 2010. Conservative Christians of Alabama has examined the candidates and listed the most limited-government, pro-life, constitutionally conservative candidates in their Alabama Conservative Voter Guide.
The 6th Commandment of the Ten Commandment states:
In the New Testament scriptures there are three different Greek words which are synonymous with being a murderer. Using a Study Bible and resources like George Ricker Berry’s New Testament Synonyms will help you to distinguish among important words. This will better allow you to obey the 10 Commandments.
The third of the Ten Commandments states:
Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. Exodus 20:7
Jesus gave an application of the third commandment in Matthew 5:33-37:
Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths: But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God’s throne: Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King. Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black. But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.
Jesus reminded us of the importance of keeping His commandments when he stated “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” The Ten Commandments are the summary of the mosaic law as well as the covenant. By using a Study Bible you can find where in the Bible the 10 Commandments are applied and interpreted.
One crucial aspect of every political or promotional campaign is yard signs. Yard signs ensure your candidate or messages visibility. They are often the catalyst to receiving more media coverage. With over 100,000 Ten Commandments signs sold, the awareness of the 10 Commandments and the mosaic law has increased. Many pro-life yard signs have also been made exposing the atrocities of abortion.
Remember also that bumper stickers are another crucial aspect of every campaign.
The second commandment of the Ten Commandments states:
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. (Exodus 20:4-6 KJV)
The socialized medicine that Obama and the Democrats are trying to pass is a violation of Biblical laws.
Socialized medicine violates the seventh commandment, “Thou shalt not steal.”
Christian Just War Theory

Ron Paul clearly understands the Christian Just War theory. He mentioned the Just War theory in the recent Value Voters debate. You can also listen to Ron Paul’s responses at the Value Voters debate courtesy of RonPaulAudio.com.
Ron Paul repeatedly brings up the fact that the U.S. Constitution states that only Congress has the power to declare war, not the president.
Article 1 Section. 8.
“The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;”
“To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
To provide and maintain a Navy;
To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;”
Christians need to be reminded of the fact that only congress may declare war, especially in regards to our unconstitutional invasion of Iraq, as well as our eventual invasion of Iran. Ron Paul should be applauded for opposing the unconstitutional invasion of Iraq when the rest of his party chose to ignore the constitution and the wisdom of the founding fathers. Sadly today, many Christians have never even read the constitution and likewise do not understand it. The Federalist Papers are an excellent commentary on the constitution, written by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay. They are very appropriate for the issues we are dealing with today. The Ron Paul Library also contains many articles on the issues we are facing today.
God’s laws concerning war are listed in Deuteronomy 20.
The sixth of the Ten Commandments states “Thou shalt not murder.”

On September 30, another fund raising quarter ends. If Ron Paul can do well, it will send a message to the uninformed that he is a more viable candidate. Pray that God will move the hearts of Christian patriots around America to donate toward the cause. This a practical way we can help Ron Paul.
Remember also to get involved with your local Ron Paul Meetup groups. Keep Philippians 2:12-15 in mind.

Remember that God is the one that is working, causing all things to happen for his good pleasure. We also know from Romans 8:28 that God causes all things to work together for good.
“We know, further, that, unto them who love God, God causeth all things to work together for good,—unto them who, according to purpose, are such as he hath called;”
You can help Ron Paul by telling all your friends at church about him. After a Bible study in someones home you could talk to all the people their about Ron Paul. You can point out that Ron Paul is a Christian and a man of true integrity.
